Catching up

So this month it feels like all we've been doing is playing catch up. Getting caught up on homework, caught up on church callings, caught up on the blog I started and never post on... haha. Anyways, I'll play catch up again and give a quick rundown of the past month. The first week this month we had some friends cook us dinner and the next day Todd and I both came down with the stomach bug. It was awful! I was out for like 3 days, Todd managed to recover within a day (he says it was due to his immune system building up while he was in Germany, ha!) I really hoped that it wasn't the start of morning sickness because I had it for so long, but luckily I recovered and seem to carry on the luck of the Cowan women during pregnancy.

Well the stomach bug passed and then came spring break! Todd and I were able to arrange our schedules to head down to Phoenix to visit my brother and his family. Thanks Kevin and Nat for an awesome time! I'm going to do another post with pictures about our trip, but I don't have the pictures on my computer yet... So keep posted it's coming!

We had a kind of sad Easter, we both had to work like crazy over the entire weekend because we were working off our time from taking off the weekend before. Luckily we were able to find some time to go down to Zion together and have a rushed dinner on Sunday. It's still hard for me to be away from my family on the holidays and especially since being pregnant I've been super homesick.

Since then it's just been crazy work and getting back into school. So keep posted... and if you're feeling nice, send me some fruit. That's all I want to eat lately. haha.
